Networking :: SMC2802W V2 Wireless

This is V2 of this card as far as I know. It says on the box Prism Nitro.

I did the following:

$ ndiswrapper -i 2802W.inf

$ ndiswrapper -l
2802W , hardware installed

$ modprobe ndiswrapper

$ iwconfig

eth0
NOT READY!

$ ifup eth0
eth0: ignoring unknown interface

Not sure whatelse to try to get this thing to work.
Any suggestions?
Has anyone got this card to work?
