Networking :: Install driver for a modem



i need install the driver: "amedyn-cwpanama-0.6.tar.gz" for my modem zyxel 630-11 is usb/external, how to make  a easy install of this driver for dsl?
Sorry Big Sorry but this damn litle b...ch linux is rock! my broadband is working automatically, the wrong was i !!!
