ups, there was a "dot" to much ;-)

passwordFile=/home/dsl/.vnc./passwd

should be

passwordFile=/home/dsl/.vnc/passwd

as already written, the path should be the path to your passwd file you want to use and of course the passwd should have a password ;-). If not already set use console with "vncpasswd" and the password will be set
