Laptops :: touchpad and usb mouse turning off

When I did my install on this, I didn't have my mouse attached and the touchpad worked fine. Then when I would plug my usb mouse in, the mouse would turn on, but would never work and the touchpad would keep going.

Now the usb mouse works, but when I unplug it, the touchpad won't turn on, is there anyway to turn the touchpad back on, or have them both on?
