Laptops :: Ovislink PCMCIA FAst Eth. card & Toshiba

I have installed DSL on my laptop Toshiba Satellite 220CDS and it works great, but when I tried to download from LAN via Ovislink BPCM32D Fast Ethernet card DSL will completly freeze.

I have no idea whats wrong  

Can somebody help? Please
