Laptops :: Can't install DSL, CD does not boot

Hi!

I have an old Laptop with 133MhZ and 16 MB RAM.

It has an CD Drive and Floppy Drive I can use only one a one time

Earlier I used Win95 on it, now I wanted to try DSL

I burned the iso with nero as an image on a cd, but the Laptop does not boot from it :(
Really dont know why, in Bios CD Drive is selected...

Win95 does boot from CD!
But DSL not...

But I can boot also from a Floppy , that works, in this way  I already installed another Linux distri on this Laptop some time ago (have deleted it now)

What can I do? Do you need more informations about the Laptop?
Pls help :)

It could be a problem with the CD - have you tried it on other PCs?

Are you using the standard or syslinux version? - according to the following thread, you probably should use syslinux:

You are more than likely going to have to copy the KNOPPIX dir to your HD and use a boot floppy to initate the start
