Laptops :: Resolution
I was recomended opt try to install DSL on my old laptop, that i was given. I am tryignto load it and i can't see everything. I ahve booted ot the text mode to try and install, but i can't see everything. My resolution is 640x480, that is the laptop's max, i could try hookign up to a monitor, but that would be a hasle. Can i get it to display in the right resolution?
Try booting with:
dsl 2 vga=normal
and see if you can get to a command prompt.
OK I will try that. I get that far. I hope it works. All i ahve left is to make one more partition, then i can do the rest. Wish me luck! Good bye Win 98

Ok, wlel i am havign trouble. I am just goign ot reinstall Win98, onc ei get more memory i will try Phat Linux
