Laptops :: modules.conf thing...

hey guys,

every now and then when i reboot my dsl (from which i put it on an hd install) it shows me:
insmod: note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.4.26/modules.dep

couple of times, repeating that...
what does it mean? should i worry about it?
