Laptops :: good 16 bit network pcmcia card

actually, I have just located a netgear MA401 on ebay, which I'm bidding on... thanks everyone for the recommendations.

I won the card, and it arrived today. Got it connected in under 15 minutes! Thanks everyone who replied, I'm writing this on the laptop now.

Just wanted to say that thanks to this thread, I also bought a Netgear MA401 on eBay for around $20.

The card was brand new when it arrived ... still in shrinkwrap, with the seal on the antistatic bag unbroken.

I inserted the card and while it did not load at startup, once I set the SSID and Channel using the Prism2 GUI, the card connected immediately.
