Apt-get :: apt saving

Hi all excuse me for my english.
So...my idea is to save the apt so i don't have to click Enable APT on every reboot, but i can't find the apt's directory after enabling.Can someone tell me where exactly the apt is saved after clicking Enable APT?

It'll probably reside in /tmp or a similar directory.
You can just grab it by going onto damnsmalllinux.org, and clicking downloads.
The filename was dsl-dpkg.dsl if I remember correctly
