Well i try to relax
Frist thanks a lot forma your time
Here we go
I have a loopback install of dsl and i try to install  apt-dpkg.dsl manually
(Dont answer why) how??? Well
Frist download the file yeahh dsl-dpkg.dsl 1.50mb
Then open file mánager highligt dsl-dpkg.dsl and press mydsl-load
And nothing happen nothing zero and sure i try 2 methods more
Opern terminal
Type
Mydsl-load
And entre the right location of the file a thoundsand of times
And always say the same
"Please mount bla bla and try again" aniway  i already mounted the folder and try again and tada!!!!!
Nothing
And finally open mydsl and click "instal local"
And nothing
So i thing that is imposible install .dsl's without internet

Or maybe someone could help me Huh
im doing something or all wrong???

I've loaded plenty of .dsl files offline, so it certinly works in most cases.

I gather you're running a frugal install from your HDD. If you are running "live" from a CD, then it really should work so perhaps your .dsl is corrupt.

Can you try another .dsl as a test?

If none are working, perhaps something is wrong with your installation (assuming you are not running DSL from a CD).

Oh, also. Do you know that the package you're trying to load won't show any icons etc. once it's loaded. You need to check it's loaded by trying the "dpkg" or "apt-get" commands.

I already installed
The problem it was so stupid
DSL-SPKG.DSL
Rename to
dsl-dpkg.dsl
And boila!!!!!
