Today I just downloaded the dsl-3.0.1-vmx.zip and tried to use it with latest VMWare Player(1.0.2) by simply loading the vmx file. Everything looks fine after a smooth booting process.

But the weird thing is I am NOT able to open almost all applications in DSL, either on desktop or via menu. e.g. the ONLY app i could click and open is Dillo. For all other application icons on desktop, no matter I single-click or double-click the icons (e.g. ATerminal, firefox, Ted, etc...), no response at all!! :( Same to choose stuff in menus.

I'm a new user of that, anybody would help and try to explain what's happening?? Thank you so much.!!

oops... everything is alright now. just tried to reset the vmware a couple of times. so strange...
anyway, it's working now, i'm replying this with the firefox running in DSL at the moment. :)
