I've successfully installed the 50MB frugal install...however, my thin client has a 128mb card in it and I need to save the settings and be able to launch ttylog every time I boot up.

I see I can't go with the Hard Drive install w/o ~300mb, which is not a choice.

Is there any other option with the Frugal install that will load it from /dev/hda1 and not a ramdisk?

Thanks,
UNi

Did you look into the backup/restore feature?

If you can't do it by that way, you may want to look into remastering the knoppix/dsl image
