hi there, I'm going to recompiling the kernel because I have a wireless rt2500 chip PCMCIA card. Now, ndiswrapper doesn't see it, dunno why... I want to recompile kernel without SMP and use native linux drivers for rt2500.
It is my first experience on compiling kernel for linux, I read an howto, and I need "make" isn't it? then, on DSL if I write "make config" it says command not found.
I tried to do "sudo apt-get install make" but it hangs up on install...
