On the main damsmalllinux.org website is a link named "download" (pretty direct, yes?). Very near the top of the download page is a list of links under the bold text Where to download:. These are servers where copies of the ISO are stored (also known as "mirrors"). Each server has a directory named "current", where the current ISO can be found. The very first file in that directory is "1-readme_first.txt", which is apparently asking you to read it first. This file will tell you which ISO to download for your specific need.
