 in answer to your questions (as far as I can tell, punctuation is your friend)
 
 No, most likely, DSL proper (the base ISO) will never get bigger than 50mb, this allows for people with dial-up to still be able to download a modern distro. But you can add more stuff to the ISO using the MyDSL system.
 
 Just search the forums for several detailed instructions on how to use that.
