when i boot dsl (version 1.1) and gave the "dsl toram" command it then begans to boot and comes up with and error "memory is full" or something. i have tried it on 3 different computers:

compaq - 2.66ghz - 256mb
compaq - 1.44ghz - 256mb
dell - 1.2ghz - 128mb

i have booted with the "dsl toram" command on these computer in the passed (with older versions). but if failes with version 1.1. anyone know why?

It should work on a computer with 128MB RAM or more.

Maybe your *.iso download file was corrupted, or you have a bad CD-R disk.

I use dsl-embedded and start from a cdrom with: dsl fromhd=/dev/sda1 qemu frugal toram xsetup and it works just fine. So I suggest that you make a new download of dsl-1.1 and burn it again (if you prefer to use a cd of course).
