does anyone know how to hear sounds from gaim while listening to music via XMMS?

I can do similar some using ALSA driver. For example, I can either listen radio from mplayer while I'm talking with Skype or play with different programs from different audio sources simultaneously (but using another Linux distro).
I don't know if it possible using DSL.
