Download the ISO to somewhere on your hard drive. Go into whatever CD burning software you use, and look for something similar to "Burn Image", or "Write ISO Image". Clicking on that should bring up a file dialog where you select the ISO file you downloaded, and then it should burn it to a CD.

vmlinuz is the name of the linux kernel
It should finish booting the system and probably will not need any options.  If you run into any problems check back here.
