After loading DSL into ram using the toram option, is it possible to view photo's off of another cd? If so, how would I do this? I have tried searching for this in the forums and have tried Google but I am unable to figure this out. Any detailed help would be appreciated.

You can view photos using xzgv image viewer software.

After your DSL toram boots up, choose "Enhance" from the desktop menu.

Then use the mount.app tool in the lower right corner to "unmount" the CDROM drive.  After the drive is unmounted, you can push the eject button on the drive and replace the disk with your photos.

Once the disk with photos is inserted, click on the CDROM mount.app button again to "mount" the new disk.

Then click on the xzgv icon to start up the image viewer.

Finally, open the files by choosing the cdrom directory. It is usually located in the directory /cdrom  but sometimes it can be found in /mnt/auto/cdrom1 if you have more than one cd/dvd drive in your computer.

This should work for cdroms that contain image files like JPEG format.  I do not think that it will work if your cdrom is a Kodak "picturedisk" format.

Good Luck.
