I recently gave a PC to a not for profit to replace their tired Windows PC. They have an HP Photosmart 7760 printer and were curious if it could run under Linux. I knew that it was not supported in Apsfilter. After googling I found THIS.
I was curious if additional drivers can be added to apsfilter or if you would have to have something like CUPS installed. I admit that printing in Linux is a real black hole for me at this time but I did see something about the drivers being supported with lpr and I know that is used in DSL. It would be cool though if these drivers could be integrated into DSL to accomodate modern printers.
