If you're going to be posting numerous questions, please consider the subject matter when choosing a forum in which to post, so we don't end up with a series of various questions filling up HowTo. HowTos are supposed to be tutorials...posts made to help others rather than to ask questions.
Fluxbox styles can be obtained in various places, including the mydsl repository: themes
Transparency is mostly dependent on the application. Fluxbox stable doesn't have it, and as far as i know there are no transparent applications included with DSL. Any console apps can have transparency using aterm, and transparency for menu, toolbar, slit, and window decorations can be acheived with the fluxbox-dev extension
