SitRep--I've just installed DSL 0.6.3 to my hard drive.  I've set up / and /swap partitions.  I have video, net, keyboard and mouse working (I can browse the 'net and such).

How do I tell what hardware still needs to be setup (other than try to dial or play an audio file)?  It's an old computer, I'll list what it has on it:

Pent. 133MHz
48MB RAM
2.1GB HDD (~100MB /swap, the rest as ext2)
8x CD-ROM
Floppy
STB Lightspeed 128 vid. card
NIC (not sure of the brand but it works in any case)
* Dual Voodoo2, SLI
* Ensoniq Soundscape VIVO (ISA)
* Sportster 28.8 (ISA)
(*not sure if these are working)

I would like to get the hardware configured before I go and download any new applications.  Any and all help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
