Hello all, been lurking on the forums for the past couple of months, and doing bits and bobs with a version of DSL, and although it's all a bit complicated, it's a pretty cool little project, and good fun to hack away at.

However, I've finally come across a problem, that I can't find a solution for.

I would like to install the GD extensions onto the version of PHP I have on my DSL USB stick.

I currently have Monkey and PHP-4-Monkey set up, and working, and I've been told that as DSL is Debian, I should be able to use Debians cleverly packaged php extensions (which install themselves without the need to recompile the php code).

Does anyone have any advice of tips for this? I'm going to try this now, while I wait for replies, but any help is appreciated.
