Netrik is worthless.  Why was it included in the newer versions
of DSL?  Links is far better.  At least Links works, Netrik doesn't.
Please consider putting Links back into DSL.  I can't even
figure how to tell Netrik what url I want to go look at.

It was included because it's much smaller than links.

Netrik is not worthless.  It needs improvement, yes.
As with any application you must learn how to use it.  And as with any application, there is no documentation for it within DSL, so you'll need to get that through http://netrik.sourceforge.net

:e URL     load file "URL" and display it in the pager
          (URL relative to current page)
:E URL     load file "URL" and display it in the pager
          (absolute URL)

IMHO Netrik is a poor man's browser, it basically uses wget.
Actually it is a pager, like w3m, not really a browser.
I like the idea od poor man's hacks. It also support rudimentary css and js.
Too bad it does not support ssl.

About links, you can install it in few seconds, just type links at the command line.

The problem, for me, a browser is useless without ssl support

Netrik doesn't even have online help that I can find.  What a pain.

Tools that are small AND either easy to use and/or documented are useful.  Tools that are small and have obtuse interfaces and no visible help facilities are a heck of a lot less useful.  :-(

Netrik is wasting space here.

I agree, only because i can't figure out how to use it. But then again i'm not much of a command line person. I looked at there home page and there is no instructions on use.
