I am just starting with linux and I am not sure how to modify the content of a file. Could someone explain me how to modify the file cookiesrc in dillo to accept cookies?. It is set for default not to accept cookies.

scite ~/.dillo/cookiesrc

Then in scite put:
DEFAULT ACCEPT
