I am trying to install X11R6 on dsl, I have installed make, gcc,g++, bison, flex, perl, and a load of others as well. I usually have very little problems installing from source.
With X11R6, when I run "make World" it runs a little and then stops and shouts can find cc. Is this a cross-compiler issue and if so where do I get a cross-compiler and how do I install it. I have the full version of GNU gcc but so far have only installed gcc-core and gcc++ Any help?
