Blank-CD-CDR.com is either having a sale on certain 50MB business card-size CD-Rs or they've lowered their prices (I'm not entirely clear after looking at their site whether the price drops are temporary or permanent).
Anyway, 50MB CD-Rs from this vendor used to sell for ~$48.00US or more for 100, but some are now $37.00US/100 with vinyl sleeves. Ground shipping from California to Oregon for 100 was $6.26, so I got 100 discs with sleeves for $43.26, or just over 0.43 per.
These discs work great in my Sony IDE 52x CD-R drive but not in my LaCie 4x external USB drive.
I haven't seen 50MB rounded-corner (as opposed to rectangular) CD-Rs any lower than this anywhere else.
