Hi all-
I'm trying to install the alsadebs.dsl package. My machine is running DSL 9.0, installed to the hard drive.
As per the package instructions, I first installed gnu-utils & dpkg from the DSL repository. Next I get alsadebs.dsl, and run the "install alsa" from the myDSL menu. In the window that opens up, I see the following errors:
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols/llib/modules/2.4.26/kernel/drivers/usb/auerswald.o depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.26/kernel/drivers/usb/speedtch.o depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.26/kernel/net/bridge/bridge.o depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.26/kernel/net/sctp/sctp.o
Searching this forum for alsa or depmod yielded only this related thread- not much help.

Any ideas appreciated,
Thanks!
