Just thought I would share how I finally got my epia MII machine to boot off a USB ket. The key was an IBM freebie 128mb, with no obvious vendor details. No matter what I tried, I could not get DSL to boot.

This is what I did:

1. Booted my main PC with the liveCD image.
2. Chose the apps > install to pendrive > USB-ZIP option. The USB-HDD option did NOT work for me previously.
3. when the script asks for boot options, I entered "usbwait"
4. Removed the key, powered off the epia machine and pulled the plug out of the power socket.
5. Plugged it all back in again, started up and went into the bios
6. Chose the first boot device to be USB-ZIP
7. Hit F10 to save settings.
8. DSL booted up fine.

I know this all sounds straightforward, but I had spent ages trying to get DSL to boot as a USB-HDD pendrive with no success. Maybe this will help someone else in the same position.
