i have downloaded the iso and the embedded file and , now i dont know what to do. my bios DO support booting from usb-hdd ( my usb pen). i extracted the embedded to the usb and i recieved " missing operating system"???? how do i do this?????????

There are several threads in the forums about USBkey booting in DSL.

There are many variables, and no set method or easy way to be able to
accomplish this accounting for all the different types of BIOS and KEYS.

Click search, add the keyword or words USB , boot, pendrive, etc..
Separate them with an AND if you use more than one at a time.
Choose "all open forums" , and search 'from the beginning"

Let us know what you find..
We can then help you sort it all out.
We would need to know your hardware, as well as your version.
