I am trying to get DSL installed on this usb drive.  So far my steps have been:

Boot to live CD
run the dsl-usbinstall script
I used SDA for the device... no 1 or other characters after.
Install goes fine.

When I reboot and select boot from removable media on my laptop (Toshibia P35) I get no OS found message on the laptop.

When I try to boot to my desktop (asus P4P800-E deluxe) it checks the device finds no valid OS and continues to the next bootable device.

under windows I can see the file system.

I did try using win image but and the windows method but it was not available as aparently the drive geometry is different and the write option is greyed out in win image.

Any help would be appreciated.
