Unless Nero makes a Linux version, there's not much hope to get in DSL. Some people are using VMware and wine to run Windows programs and Linux on the same computer. There are other streaming media options in Linux though. Check out Audacity and Lame for editing mp3s, and gstreamer for live streaming. There are actually a couple of linux distributions out there that are dedicated to internet broadcasting. Go to distrowatch.org to do some research!
