My vote would be for a download/install link that delivers the Static version of Opera.
If done correctly, you would even be able to execute the link while running DSL from a live CD, kinda like the way that Firebird link works.
I have found that the Opera browser speed is very good even for older computers like my Pentium-60Mhz
I expected that Links or Dillo (small browsers) would run faster on an old computer than a full-featured browser like Opera, but I was wrong.
Opera takes longer to launch than Dillo or Links, but once you have the program up and running it is much faster than these programs for web surfing on a Pentium-60, 40MB ram.
I do not know how the authors have accomplished this, but somehow they did.
