it has the following dependencies. Dependencies are what kills stuff fin a 50mb limit...

Python
GTK 2.2.x+
PyGtk (Gtk for python)
SpeechD (optional)

I'm not sure that DSL has python by default, so maybe this would make an interesting .dsl.

Problem is that DSL uses GTK1.2 since it is smaller.  There is a .dsl of python that works.  You'd have to add the other stuff and then it would get a lot bigger than 8kb.  :(

I heard that Firefox 0.9.x with GTK2 dsl is coming soon, so you might want to ask for a GTK2 only dsl.  That would be nice.
