If not, you are probably restricted to using a distribution that contains a normal XWindows setup like XFree86. DSL uses the kdrive "tinyx" servers, so functionality is limited. |

That works. I don't know why I didn't try framebuffer before. It stretches everything out a bit but... it works.
Xvesa does not have my resolution, I just checked.
