I have installed DSL with HD Install script (Apps->Tools->Install To Hard Drive) on Kingston compact flash 256MB memory card with IDE interface (SINTECH CF-IDE40 V.E0). System works fine, except date/timezone settings. When i change timezone or set date and time with 'date' command, time and timezone changes back to bios clock with EST timezone when system reboots. If i change date and time with 'System->Set Date Time' time and date displays correctly when reboot but can not change timezone? How to make permanent change to ( to set clock  to UTC or CET ? ).

I have the same problem with my harddisk install. Did you find a solution? I found the "cheat code" tz but that doesn't seem to have any effect.
