Hi
All is in the title ! :p
I installed successfully DSL on HD but each time I boot I have to fill information in 'DSL X setup' (resolution, mouse, keyboard...).
Why does it not store this ?
How to solve this ?
Tx
Tom

How did you install DSL on the hard drive? Frugal or regular Debian style install? Did you assign a backup partition?

I did a frugal install and I did not assign a backup partition.

Finally did a "classical" install instead (also due to read only FS) and the boot panel seems ok like this.
Tx anyway

this is too little too late, but the read-only filesystem in frugal is fixed by adding "frugal" to your boot options, and if you remove "xsetup" from that same boot line you should not be prompted to set your graphics every time.
