When I met that very same problem on a regular HD install (from DSL 3.0), I activated apt-get and run an apt-get install --reinstall csh for it was supposed to be there even for apt-get. Now I have switched to a frugal install with /home and /opt on a separate partition and I assume that such an apt-get will be swept by the next reboot. I haven't seen csh among the proposed extensions either (which is logical if it is supposed to be already here). What should be my next step (toward running csh scripts of mine)?
