When I boot from the CD image, my ethernet card is automatically recognized and configured and I can access the net.  When I install to the hard drive, the network card is recognized, but is not configured.  Any idea why or how to get it to automatically configure?

It doesn't have any answers yet, but it might add some insight. I'm going to try and install with 3.1. I'll post if it works or not.

Tried the various suggestions, but could not get it to work.  Went back to v3.1 and everything worked fine, so I'm running that for now. . .
