I made a new partition with  Root Access and then went into Apps/Tools/Install to Hard Drive and it said everything was fine but when I restarted, windows came up and not Lillo. Can anyone please help me?

With root access, go into cfdisk. then check your partitions and tag the linux partition as bootable. I think that would work...
