Help!
Am trying to do a network install of DSL to my hard drive as outlined in http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/network-install.html
Machine is a Pentium II 400MHz with no cd-rom (bootable or otherwise) and a problem child usb bus that doesn't like installing from external sources.....
Have a PCMCIA network card with Realtek 8139 aboard. TOMSRTBT could not find the card.
Finally tried Blueflops - http://blueflops.sourceforge.net
Got connection to the net and as it does not have wget aboard used the integrated browser to download
http://ibiblio.org/pub....lite.sh
No problem...created partitions - checked file permissions and ran... ./frugal_lite.sh as instructed...
Then problems...
Asks for partition to install iso to
I enter hda2
error message appears....
./frugal_lite.sh: 25: Syntax error: ";" unexpected
As this is a well publicised script I cannot believe this is a programming error... had a look at line 25 in the script and cannot see anything wrong...
All ideas and suggestions appreciated
Many thanks
Chris
