OK,  got 7.3 installed on a clean partition using dsl-hdinstall...looks great  but when I do 'updatedb' it tells me, "/usr/lib/locate/frcode: No such file or directory"..."new database would be empty".
What am I missing here (besides locate that is;)

locate should be in gnu-utils.dsl. I will coordinate this with ke4nt1 to see that it is corrected. Thanks for the report. Look for an update to gnu-utils.dsl

Locate is now installed in the gnu-utils.dsl package..
