To whom it may concern,
I've been running Linux now off and on since April 2005, full time. My only down time was here recently when I had a hardware problem crashing my Linux system, and it took me about 2 weeks to correctly figure it out. However I'm still very much a Linux noob! My primary Linux box (my server box) runs Fedora Core 4. But I've been trying to get WinTV to work on my Damn Small Linux book. That's the box I would like to use. I couldn't get it working on my WinXP Professional box, as in the sound would work, but not the video. A friend of mine told me Linux was better for the job.
So my question is this....
Where are the BTTV drivers installed on DSL? Or are their BTTV drivers?
And if the drivers are already there, great. If not how would I go about installing them?
I'm using the version of DSL I downloaded like back at the first of the 2005 year, version 1.4.
Thanks for any and all help.
