No sound card is detected. I tried Alsa and sndconfig but still no go. It is CS4237b driver, I chose it with sndconfig but no sound came out of the speakers. When trying to play cd message pops up asking if soundcard is configured properly.

I got the wireless going (thanks, roberts) and this is the only thing not working.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how to add modprobe in the init file.

I tried Puppy linux and it got in its ALSA setup about probing ISA card, which in this case is my card, and successfully configured and installed the drivers. How can I have that driver or that probing in DSL? Thanks.
