I want to use my laptop as just a VNC server (ie terminal) as Its too slow for firefox and realplayer (I need these for the bbc.co.uk radio player to work....) so I'm using my main machine as a server. I can get the VNC too work, and its great....but no sound. I have setup the enlightenment network sound server and run the esound daemon on my laptop (client) but no sound. I have setup ports correctly and try to use xmms to connect but I can't figure it out. The documention in my opinion for ESD is not very helpful and neither was my googling. Anyone have any ideas, do you think I missed anyhthing?
