I use the following commands to startup and config my card.

ifconfig ath0 up
then use iwconfig to configure the ssid, channel, wep.

problem is, I have to do that EVERY time I boot.

How do you automate this?

I put the answer to this in the other thread. You add those lines to /opt/bootlocal.sh and also add /opt/myiwconfig.sh to bootlocal.sh
