it's a 8139too problem again. I have here a elitegroup mainboard with onboard lan + sound + video. Network card is "rtl-8139/8319C(8319C+ (Rev. 10)". Suse 10.1 loads "8139cp" as driver and it works. DSL-N works, too. Knoppix 3.4 (kernel 2.4.26) works, too. But DSL 3.0.1 fails.
Like Knoppix, it loads the module "8139too" (and crc32 and mii). The module loads without error, but the card still doesnt work - it does not talk to the network. Does anybody know how I can get that thing working using DSL 3.0.1? or what does the Knoppix kernel hat the DSL Kernel doesnt?
