I'm not sure if this is an issue with microcom, DSL, my particular setup, or any combination of the three. But I thought I'd throw this out here in case anyone has been experiencing the same issue, or knows of a fix.
Basically, I'm running DSL off a CD on a laptop (no HDD) and using it to connect to a CentOS (RHEL) server via microcom on ttyS0. Everything seems to work fine, except for this one quirk: Whenever I hit [Enter], the laptop sends two carriage returns to the server, which can be annoying when using programs like vi, more/less, etc.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance...
