Hello! Thank you for a great dist. Whith a hd-install it works really good on my old laptop. The thing is that I need to compile a driver for my wireless network card. After reading a lot of post on this forum, I have tried som differnt methods but no one seems to work. First I tried to compile it in KNOPPIX 3.4 but that fail because of missing Rules.make. This method was succesfull whith DSL-N and KNOPPIX 3.8. But I have other problems using DSL-N, I guess there is still some more developing to do. (One is that I really want to use some mathematic software like octave and maxima and I can get neither of them to work). The second method I used also comes from this forum, I downloaded the kernelpatch from mydsl, the kernel from kernel.org to get the Rules.make, now I can compile things, but my driver still does not compile. Is there something I can to solve this, because I would really like to use DSL?
